The check

Your answers are coarse categories (for example legal form, turnover band) and live in the address of the result page. We store a completed check without personal data: no IP address, no email. To link a click to a check we use a daily-rotating, irreversible checksum instead of a cookie.

Email reminders

If you sign up for reminders we store your email address, country, language and deadline until you unsubscribe (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent confirmed by email). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Partner pages for firms

For partner pages we store firm name, contact name, email, website, logo and colour to provide the partnership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Firms see totals only, never individual client data.

Visit measurement

We count visits with PostHog (EU servers) without cookies and without storing anything on your device (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Only if you accept in the banner does PostHog set cookies to understand visits across sessions (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can reject without any change to the site.

Live chat

If you use our chat, we process your messages, the page you write from and, if you give it, your email address to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). An AI assistant drafts suggested replies that a human reviews. The chat stores one entry in your browser's local storage only after you open it, to keep your conversation across pages.
